Why Unicorn University
,,I really wanted to try my hand at application development. That was the reason Iwent for Unicorn University and enrolled at its Software Development programmetwo years ago,” he says. Students are required to complete mandatory internships, either with Unicorn or with its corporate partners. As Bambousek works for a healthcare company, taking care of its insurance business and reporting, he was intrigued by an offer of internship at Pojišťovna VZP (PVZP). ,,Me and my colleague have been assigned the task of building an application to monitor and report on home office efforts”, says Jan, explaining that its first prototype should be ready by the end of June.
Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are paid for the whole academic year (so for 2 semesters). The fee payment deadline is specified in the study agreement. A six-month internship is compulsory as part of your studies; you do not pay tuition fees for this period.
