As a result of the EU Council Regulation (No. 833/2014, No. 692/2014, No. 2022/263 and No. 765/2006) on sanctions, applicants with citizenship of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus will not be accepted into the bachelor's study program Software Development and the subsequent master's program Software Engineering and Big Data, as these study programs are considered critical in accordance with the FAO methodological recommendation.

Applicants for the bachelor's degree program in Business Management and the subsequent master's degree in Applied Economics and Data Analysis, who are citizens of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus, are informed that the Ministry of the Interior does not currently issue new visas for citizens from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. Extension of the residence permit for the purpose of study is possible.
