General rules for competitions
"1. General provisions

The contests are not in any way operated, sponsored, or associated with the social network Facebook, and Facebook bears no responsibility for their conduct. Any inquiries, comments, or complaints regarding the contests must be addressed to the organizer, not Facebook.
The contests are not in any way operated, sponsored, or associated with the social network Instagram, and Instagram bears no responsibility for their conduct. Any inquiries, comments, or complaints regarding the contests must be addressed to the organizer, not Instagram.
2. Conditions for participation in the contest
The contests are open to Facebook or Instagram users who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation.
Only participants with a delivery address within the Czech Republic can become winners.
Employees of the contest organizer and their close relatives according to § 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, are excluded from the contests. If an employee of the organizer or a close relative becomes the winner, the prize will not be awarded. In such a case, the contest will be re-evaluated, and a new winner will be selected.
To enter the contest, a user usually participates by adding a comment under the designated post, pressing the "Like" button on the post, or uploading a photo. The specific rules will be provided in each contest post.
The contest period will be announced in the contest post.
3. Prize and contacting winners
Winners will be selected from participants as specified in the contest post.
Winners will be announced no later than 14 days after the specified end date of the contest and will be contacted directly by the organizer.
If a participant does not respond or confirm their interest in the prize within 7 calendar days, the prize will be forfeited to the organizer.
4. Prizes
The prizes and their quantity will be determined in each respective contest announcement.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced with any other prize not specified by the contest organizer.
The winner has no legal claim to the prize and cannot enforce it through legal means.
The prizes will be handed over to the winners either at the organizer's headquarters or sent by mail to the address provided by the winner in the Czech Republic. If the package is returned, no further attempts at delivery will be made, and the winner will have the option to collect the prize within 7 days from its return at the organizer's headquarters, or the prize will be forfeited.
5. Rights and obligations of the organizer
The organizer reserves the right to terminate or suspend the contest, modify its conditions, declare announcements sent to winners as invalid without notice or block participation of contestants who participate in violation of good manners.
The organizer is not responsible for the submission of incorrect or inaccurate information related to the contest (whether caused by human error or technical defects), nor for the completeness of extracts from these rules, which may be published in promotional materials, nor for typographical errors.
The organizer is not liable for any technical or telecommunication difficulties or defects that arise during the contest, the speed of technical connections, or any other potential deficiencies, including the non-delivery of electronic mail and damages that may occur on the contestant's or any other person's computer or device in connection with participation in the contest. The organizer is also not responsible for any circumstance preventing anyone from entering or completing the contest due to any technical failure or network congestion.
If the organizer has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or unfair conduct by a contestant or any other person who helped or could help the contestant to win, or if such conduct occurs, the contestant will be disqualified or blocked from the contest. The same applies to any other conduct by the contestant or any other person who helped or could help the contestant to win, which is otherwise contrary to the contest rules or good manners.
Participation in the contest cannot be enforced through legal means.
The organizer reserves the right to change the contest conditions during its duration without prior notice.
Consent to the processing of personal data, acceptance of the rules
The organizer informs the contestant that during the contest, the following personal data will be processed: name, surname, Facebook or Instagram username, photograph, and, if applicable, the delivery address. The contestant is entitled to obtain information from the organizer about the processing of their personal data, especially the purpose of processing, categories of personal data concerned, recipients to whom personal data have been or will be made available, the planned duration for which personal data will be stored. The contestant is also entitled to request from the organizer the rectification or erasure of their personal data or restriction of processing, or to object to such processing. The contestant can submit a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection or contact the Data Protection Officer (dpo@plus4u.net).
Contest posts must not contain pornographic, erotic, or otherwise vulgar expressions and must not contain racist or offensive language.
The organizer is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information related to the contest (whether caused by human error or technical defects) or for the completeness of extracts from these rules, which may be published in promotional materials, nor for typographical errors.
The organizer is not responsible for any technical or telecommunication difficulties or defects that arise during the contest, the speed of technical connections, or any other potential deficiencies, including the non-delivery of electronic mail and damages that may occur on the contestant's or any other person's computer or device in connection with participation in the contest.
The organizer warns that any intent to damage any website or disrupt the legitimate course of the contest, even in an attempted stage, may qualify as a violation of applicable laws, may lead to the disqualification of the contestant from the contest, and may also give rise to the organizer's right to claim compensation for the damage caused.
These rules are effective as of July 26, 2023."
