How to enter?
- Apply online at the Open Day on 13 Jan 2025.
- Submit your application and sign a learning agreement by 12/2/2025.
- We will draw 3 winners who will be contacted by email no later than 21.2.2025.
- 20.000, - discount on annual tuition fees in the 1st year of study at Unicorn University in the program and form of study of the winner's choice. (applicable according to the "General conditions for the application of discount codes for tuition fees").
- 15.000, - discount on annual tuition fees in the 1st year of study at Unicorn University in the program and form of study of the winner's choice. (applicable according to the "General conditions for the application of discount codes for tuition fees").
- 10.000, - discount on the annual tuition fee in the 1st year of study at Unicorn University in the program and form of study of the winner's choice. (applicable according to the "General conditions for the application of discount codes for tuition fees"
The draw is governed by the "General Rules on Unicorn University Competitions".

1. General provisions
1.1
The organiser of the competitions is Unicorn College Ltd.

(hereinafter referred to as the "Promoter")
2. Conditions of participation in the competition
2.1
The competition is open to persons who are 15 years of age or older at the time of the competition.
2.2
The winner can only be a contest participant with a delivery address in the Czech and Slovak Republic.
2.3
Employees of the competition organiser and persons close to them are excluded from the competition pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. In the event that the winner is a person who is an employee of the organizer or a person close to the organizer, the prize will not be handed over. In this case, the competition will be evaluated again and a new winner will be selected.
2.4
To enter the competition, the user shall:
By registering at the Open Day on 13 January 2025.
By submitting the application form and signing the study contract by 12.2.2025.
Or according to other specific rules determined by the organizer prior to the start of the competition through available information messages on the website, social media or attendance events.
2.5
The deadline for the competition is 13.1. 2025
3.1
Winners will be selected from the entrants by lottery.
3.2
Winners will be announced by 21 February 2025 at the latest and will be contacted directly by the Promoters.
3.3
If the contestant fails to respond and confirm their interest in the prize within 7 calendar days, the prize will be forfeited to the Promoter.
4. Prizes
4.1
The prizes in the competition are:
1.\t20.000, - discount on annual tuition fees in the first year of study at Unicorn College in the programme and form of study of the winner's choice.
2.\t15.000, - discount on the annual tuition fee for the 1st year of study at Unicorn College in the programme and form of study of the winner's choice
3.\t10.000, - discount on the annual tuition fee in the 1st year of study at Unicorn College in the programme and form of study of the winner's choice.
The discount is applicable for submitting the application form and signing the study contract until 12.2.2025.
4.2
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or claimed other than as specified by the competition organiser. Any tax consequences for the winner remain the sole responsibility of the winner.
4.3
The prize is not subject to any legal claim and cannot be claimed by the winner in court.
4.4
The prizes will be handed over to the winners either at the organiser's headquarters, or will be sent by post to the winner's address in the Czech Republic, or in electronic form by e-mail. If the parcel is returned, no further attempt at delivery will be made and the winner will have the option to collect the prize from the organiser's office within 7 days of the return or the prize will be forfeited.
5.1
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Competition at any time, to amend the terms and conditions of the Competition, to declare notices sent to winners invalid or to block the participation of any entrants who enter the Competition in breach of good morals without notice or compensation.
5.2
The Promoter shall not be liable if a winner has provided an incorrect address or email address. The Promoter is also not responsible for any other reasons why the winner did not receive the prize, unless such reasons are attributable to the Promoter.
5.3
If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, dishonest or unfair conduct on the part of the entrant or any other person who has or may have assisted the entrant in winning the prize, the entrant will be excluded or blocked from the competition.
5.4
Participation in the Competition cannot be enforced by legal action.
5.5
The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the competition during the competition without prior notice.
6. Processing of personal data
6.1
The Promoter informs the Contestant that it will process the following personal data for the duration of the Contest: name, surname, contest nickname, photograph, e-mail, telephone number and, where applicable, delivery address. The Contestant is entitled to obtain information from the Organiser about the processing of his/her personal data and has the right to have this data corrected or deleted.
7.1
The Organiser shall not be liable for incorrect or inaccurate information in connection with the Competition caused by human error or technical defect.
7.2
The Promoter is not responsible for technical or telecommunication difficulties or other deficiencies that may restrict a competitor from participating in the competition.
7.3
The Promoter advises that any intent to damage any website or to interfere with the legitimate running of the Competition may be considered a breach of law and lead to disqualification from the Competition.
