We will teach him everything from the basics at our school." says Kristýna Kemzová, who is in charge of interviewing applicants.
She adds that it is also necessary to have at least a basic knowledge of the English language, which she also checks during the interview. "It is a basic screening and it always depends on how much you want to work on yourself if you are not confident in English," she says. Each student completes a six-month internship at Unicorn or one of its partner companies. Partner companies include Microsoft, KPMG, Allianz, Komerční banka or the VZP Insurance Company (PVZP). "Representatives of our corporate partners often give lectures, provide internships or make their technologies and study materials available to students during their studies," says Marek Beránek, director of Unicorn University.
