This year, we took part in Gaudeamus Brno 2026, where we presented study opportunities at Unicorn University, our study programs, and the way we connect education with real-world practice and modern technologies. At our booth, prospective students could meet representatives of the university, learn more about the admissions process, study formats, and individual programs, and get a better idea of what studying at Unicorn University is like in practice.
GAUDEAMUS BRNO – 32nd Edition
The European Fair for Post-Secondary and Lifelong Education Gaudeamus Brno 2026 took place from October 20 to 23, 2026 at the Brno Exhibition Centre in Hall V.
The fair featured 454 exhibitors across 74 exhibition stands. In addition to Czech institutions, exhibitors from 13 other countries also took part, including the United Kingdom, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, Belgium, and Finland.
How was the fair?
Gaudeamus Brno 2026 welcomed a total of 33,242 visitors, including 569 secondary school teachers and guidance counsellors. Attendance increased by 1,333 visitors, or 4.2%, compared to the previous year, making this the most visited edition in the history of the fair. It was also the third year in a row that attendance exceeded 30,000 visitors.
The fair also featured a wide range of accompanying activities, including presentations by participating schools, a testing centre, advisory services, the Science for Life program, a dedicated centre for educators, counselling on higher education opportunities abroad, and career guidance services.
For Unicorn University, Gaudeamus Brno was once again an opportunity to meet prospective students in person and show them how we connect higher education with current technologies, practical experience, and the needs of today’s labour market.
