Welcome to Unicorn University!
After 13 years of successful operation, Unicorn College has been promoted to Unicorn University. Our goal is to educate individuals and society as a whole. Unicorn University is more than traditional university. We are able to operate fully online. Our goal is to support online education from elementary schools to universities including lifelong learning programs. We are building on the experience from the past years, developing strategic partnerships and innovative approach to education and, lastly, we are preparing additional exciting news.
What to look forward to?
You can choose from 4+1 modern study programs. The students interested in Bc and Ing (Master) degrees will find career opportunities in the IT, management and business. The following master study builds on gained knowledge with an emphasis on data, the analysis and presentation of data. There is also an opportunity to get two degrees at the same time in the Double Degree program executed in cooperation with University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt.
Unicorn University also runs a publishing body Unicorn Publishing that specialises in online education, especially the development of online courses and books. The aim is to provide easy access to education and allow people to study from anywhere and anytime. We offer courses for everyone! The Red Monster courses for primary and secondary school pupils and students make learning easy and fun. The courses from the University edition are especially practical for the students of IT, data analysis and business. The general public can choose from a range of language courses, thorough courses to get ready for the driving exam, firearms licence, or a captain’s licence.
We also are running the Unicorn Top Gun Academy - long-term complex educational system for all of Unicorn’s fellow workers. This system also includes a knowledge testing which helps to ensure long-term standardization of our worker’s know-how.
We are cooperating with tens of authors, academic lecturers and professionals, in the development of courses and books. At the moment, we offer almost a hundred online courses and books and we are working hard on the new ones. Our aim is to create a comprehensive portfolio of courses and books for primary, secondary and higher schools.
We continue to provide opportunities for students to join projects and a unique opportunity of apprenticeships at our business partners, such as Microsoft, KPMG, ČSÚ, Raiffeisen Bank, and at Unicorn. The students also have an opportunity to take part in international projects of the university, e.g. development of software for CERN or Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
In addition, we are preparing Unicorn University for the possibility of full-online study in a part-time form. We will keep you updated about the development of the full-online study.
